Fall Welcome Week


NEW AND RETURNING STUDENTS, join me for the Fall 2025 PPD welcome presentation, 1:15–2:30 PM in the Mainstage, next Monday, Sept 22!
  • Hear from the department chair ("Doc" Chemers), as well as new and returning faculty and staff, meet new students, and hear about productions and other opportunities coming up this year!
  • All UCSC students interested in the Theater Arts major or minor or the Dance minor are invited!

NEW STUDENTS, especially those who haven't met with me yet, please also attend the Theater Arts UNDERGRADUATE ADVISING OVERVIEW (all new Frosh & Transfers expected to attend):  
    • 2:45–3:45 PM, In-person: Theater Arts Center, Room E100 (next to the Ticket Office)
    • Also: in-Person THEATER ARTS CENTER FACILITIES TOUR, 3:45 - 4:15 PM, Theater Arts Center (meet in the outdoor atrium in front of the Ticket Office)
    • There will also be AGPM advising overviews and a tour at the same time.
    • Please also participate in the university’s Fall Welcome Week activities.

ALL STUDENTS, also happening on Monday, 9/22 – check out Cornucopia, 2:00 - 6:00 pm on the East Field (near the pool, where the running track is) – learn about student groups, campus resources, including our very own Random: With a Purpose dance showcase directors!), etc.!
