Environmental Career Mentorship Mixer!

Join us on February 14, 2026 for the Ken Norris Center for Natural History’s Annual Natural History Symposium. This year’s event features an all-Indigenous speaker panel, art, tea, and a pre-symposium Environmental Career Mentorship Mixer!

In collaboration with the Ken Norris Center, Career Success, and the Center for Agroecology, the second annual Environmental Career Mentorship Mixer will take place at the UCSC Hay Barn. From 10:30 AM–12:30 PM (Free lunch included!), undergraduate and graduate students will connect with graduate students, alumni, and environmental professionals from all walks of life.

This interactive mixer is designed to help you:

• Build meaningful professional networks

• Practice your elevator pitch

• Learn about jobs, internships, research, and funding opportunities

• Get involved in the environmental field in tangible ways
