Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology, is excited to announce its 11th annual
Undergraduate Research Symposium on April 24th, next Friday! All psychology and cognitive science undergrads are encouraged to attend (see RSVP below). The event will run from
12pm-4:30pm at the College 9/10 Multipurpose Room (attached to the dining hall). In addition to oral and poster board presentation sessions featuring undergraduate work, there will be two keynote
addresses from UCSC Psychology faculty and a graduate student panel. You may view the
event itinerary here to preview speakers and presentation topics, but please note that changes may be made to scheduling and presenter order.
The symposium is an excellent event for all psychology, cognitive science, or adjacent social science/humanities students interested in research and graduate school. As a symposium, it is a smaller version of an academic conference that many of you will attend in your academic/professional careers! If you are curious about what the symposium will look like, please check out the archived photos from our
2025 symposium. Updates and general information about the 2026 event will be posted
here.
*The event is open to everyone (Psi Chi membership not required). However, there will be 2 attendance points available for Psi Chi members to earn!
