Hello UCSC Community,
I hope this email finds you well! My name is Nikki Hernandez-Robinson, and I am the Academic Outreach Coordinator for the SUA Office of Academic Affairs.
With spring finals week around the corner, the SUA Office of Academic Affairs would like for all UCSC communities to have access to the necessary testing supplies for the upcoming exams. With this in mind, we would like to offer your community a FREE donation of testing supplies!

How can your community use these testing supplies? Here are some ideas . . .
Have the supplies freely available at finals-related events like study jams or even general meetings!
Have the supplies accessible to students in your office space

Our main stipulation is that you share and promote our Academic Anecdotes Survey Form 
. The link to this form is HERE. We will also provide you a physical QR Code of the survey form alongside the testing supplies donation.
This form serves to collect academic testimonies from students. These qualitative responses will help the Student Union Assembly track important information on UCSC academic programs, departments, and other key areas. This student-focused longitudinal data will be free of administrative interference. Additionally, future SUA Officers can use this longitudinal data to cohesively build upon our work this year.
If your community already has access to free testing supplies to give out to students, that is amazing! If you could still distribute the flyer the survey form, that would be highly appreciated!
