Remaining samples submission for Challenge 2 due Nov. 24th

Dear colleagues,

Thank you to those who submitted to LRGASP! We had 12 different teams submit for a total of ~300 experiments for the three challenges.

If you participated in Challenge 2, you will also need to submit quantifications for the H1 and endodermal_cell line data that was released at the close of the initial submissions. You should use the same GTF and computational pipeline used for the submission of quantification for H1_mix samples. These submissions are due Nov. 24. If you will have difficulty submitting by this deadline, please let us know.

Some preliminary evaluations have begun and we plan to schedule a consortium-wide call to present these preliminary results, so look out for this announcement. 

In addition, we received mostly positive reviews of our Stage 1 Registered Report and are working on a revision.
