LRGASP Registered Report and associated manuscripts

Dear colleagues,

I'm happy to share that the LRGASP Registered Report was just accepted-in-principle at Nature Methods! Congratulations to the other organizers and participants in this effort! 

The organizers are now working on Stage 2 of the Registered Report which will present the actual results of the LRGASP effort. Previous presentations of the preliminary results can be found here: https://www.gencodegenes.org/pages/LRGASP/

We will plan to have a future community call once we have these results organized into main figures so that we can receive additional feedback. 

Finally, if you are planning any manuscripts associated with LRGASP and are interested in coordinating publications with Nature Methods, please indicate this in the following form by April 15:

I will then send the list of proposed associated articles to the Nature Methods editor to gauge their interest in coordination.
