Thank you for your interest in the Long-read RNA-seq Genome Annotation Assessment Project (LRGASP) Consortium. 

The consortium organizers would like to invite you to a Zoom call to give an overview of the project. We will describe the datasets that will be provided and an initial description of the evaluation metrics for transcript detection and quantification. In particular, we are seeking community feedback on the evaluation metrics before the release of the data.

The meeting will be recorded, and we plan to have additional follow-up calls. We will release more details on the LRGASP website before the call.
