The Stage 1 version of our Registered Report has been submitted for peer review and it is now available as a preprint:

This preprint provides more details on the sequencing data for the LRGASP challenges, benchmarks and metrics for evaluating each challenge, plans for experimental validation, and initial QC of the data.

We will have a call next Thursday, Aug. 12, 11am ET to describe the challenge submission process, give an overview of the Registered Report, and Q&A.
