Hi,
I am a master's student from the Technion. I am trying to generate an SRAM as the memory module for a paper I am working on. I see the word size is capped at 2048? It is not possible to do an SRAM of ~100 KB?

Hi,

Are you mixing up the data word width and the number of words? Most memories have a word width related to the data bus size or a cache line. This is extremely large and wouldn't fit into a single SRAM bank since the word line is quite long. You would need to make a custom design and have the data word span a number of banks.

Hope this helps,
Matt
