Hi Matt,--I am wondering whether the analytical characterization of memory macro is technology dependent. When I changed tech_name in configuration file, the analytical simulation results were exactly the same. How should I make the analytical simulation results technology dependent?I understand that the analytical calculation doesn't do spice simulation but instead doing RC calculation (r, c defined in technology setup?). But I have no idea how they are calculated and how it is related to technology setup.Look forward to your reply. Thanks in advance.Best,Rongmei

Rongmei,These are in the tech.py which is described on slides 27-33 of the documentation. Some of the analytical parameters may have been copied from another technology and were not changed. If so, we can add them if you provide a better value -- these are meant as examples only.Matt
