technology dependent analytical characterization questions

Hi Matt,

  I am wondering what I should do to make the analytical simulation results technology dependent? I know that the tech.py file contains some analytical calculation parameters such as capacitance per length etc. What are the other files that I need to revise and do we have some more detailed information regarding this?
