The main analytical parameters responsible to Dout delay

Hi Professor,

  When I revised the analytical parameters in tech.py I found that the input pin capacitance and delay constrains are changed significantly but the delay of output pins like Dout doesn't change. Could you kindly tell me the main parameters responsible for the Dout delay.

Rongmei,

As I mentioned previously, this is distributed through all of the modules so it is not one equation.
