UCPath Decision Support Users,

 

Reports will be minimally impacted during the UCPath downtime referenced below. We will still load Friday’s transactions on Saturday morning and won’t receive another burst until Tuesday morning (to load Monday’s transactions). This means the reports will be as of Friday, Saturday through Monday.

Dear UC Irvine Transactors: As a reminder, the UCPath system will be down for the March UCPath upgrade from Friday March 8 at noon through Monday, March 11 at 6 a.m. Please note the following: Approve all template transactions by Thursday, March 7, at 3 p.m. PayPath transactions need to be approved by Friday, March 8, before noon. Ask UCPath will be unavailable on Saturday, March 9, from 2 – 4 p.m. As a best practice following a system upgrade, please keep a record of all transactions entered between March 11 and March 20. This would be used in the unlikely event of a system issue. Thank you.
