UCPath Report Issues

UCPath Report Users,

We have experienced some random errors popping up on UCPath reports today that the team is working on with IBM to resolve.

We've also had reports that some of the "Export to Excel" buttons are not working. If you experience this issue, you can select the "HTML" icon in the top right and then select export to excel data:

All,

We believe the random errors preventing reports to run have been resolved. If you continue to experience issues, please contact O...@uci.edu.

As for the export button, we have identified the issue and will work to resolve the legacy code, but this will take some time.

The following "top" reports should have been updated and the export should work as expected. For all other reports, if the Export to Excel Data button doesn't work, please follow the instructions below (previous email) to export.

  • Employee Rosters Report (RUCI03)
  • Job Distribution Report (RUCI25)
  • Distribution of Payroll Expenses Report (DOPE) (RUCI04)
