Tableau Subscription Error

Tableau users,

 

We were just made aware the Tableau subscription emails have not been sent since Thursday, November 30th. We are currently working on the issue, and I will provide an update once resolved. You will still be able to access the dashboards accordingly.

The issue has been identified but does require a restart of Tableau. We will do this restart at 12:15pm today. During this time, Tableau will be unavailable for about 30 minutes.

Tableau Admin have notified me a restart is no longer needed. There should not be any disruption to service.

 

Previously scheduled subscriptions should continue tomorrow as scheduled.
