29th MGSA Symposium: Call for Individual abstracts deadline extended until ***January 31, 2026***

Dear members & friends of the MGSA;

The deadline for the submission of individual abstracts and undergraduate poster sessions for this year's MGSA Symposium at University of Illinois Chicago has been extended to ***January 31, 2026***. The Program Committee welcomes more submissions at this time.

The same deadline applies for the other categories too:: Organized Panels as well as Special Sessions. The deadline for both is also *** 31st January, 2026.***

Panel proposals should follow guidelines closely. 

Those considering submission of a Special Session (workshop, or lunchtime brainstorming session) proposal should also read the paragraph devoted to such sessions very carefully. The available slots for these are very limited in number and only current MGSA members may propose such sessions.
