Themi Vasils: A Visionary Architect of the National Hellenic Museum Passes Away

I want to inform the MGSA community of the recent passing of Themi Vasils at the age of 101. Themi was instrumental in the foundation of the National Hellenic Museum in Chicago and together with her sister Theodora, translated three works by Nikos Kazantzakis: Journeying: Travels in Italy, Egypt, Sinai, Jerusalem, and Cyprus, At the Palaces of Knossos: A Novel and Symposium.
