Dear MGSA Colleagues,

CYPRUS PROGRAM DURING EU PRESIDENCY Open to ALL STUDENTS** through PITT

FOR SPRING TERM (2264)

I would like to bring your attention to this time-sensitive** opportunity for undergraduate students.

Pitt have has put together a brand-new Semester-long program in cooperation with the University of Nicosia (UNIC) in Cyprus, thematically titled,

Dietrich to Cyprus: "Peace, Migration, Sovereignty".

The program includes two (2) classes that I will teach: PS 1303 / SOC 1360 - Peace Movements and SOC 1319 - Immigration. Beyond that, students can select 2 - 3 additional courses from the UNIC course catalogue (https://www.unic.ac.cy/).

This can be especially interesting next semester as Cyprus takes over the European Union Presidency for the period of the program.

I hope you can share this opportunity with your students and see the future possibilities with our existing working relationship with UNIC.

Dietrich to Cyprus: Peace, Migration, Sovereignty | Global Experiences

Students may contact me directly as well at ka...@pitt.edu

DUE DATE for student INTEREST applications is SEPTEMBER 30th.

Thank you in advance!

Mike
