Good afternoon Neovi,

I hope all is well with you and your team! As we are planning the Heritage Greece Program at CYA for 2025, we were hoping you would be able to recirculate the original message to the MGSA network:

Join Us for a Once-in-a-Lifetime Educational Experience in Greece!

The National Hellenic Society (NHS) warmly invites students of Greek descent and philhellene enthusiasts to apply for the prestigious Heritage Greece® Program at CYA.  Embark on an unforgettable, program-expenses-paid* journey from June 23-July 5, 2025, as we delve into the theme of "Journey Through Democracy."

At the heart of our mission lies a dedication to celebrating, preserving, and promoting Greek heritage, with a special focus on nurturing the next generation. Through this program, participants will not only explore the rich tapestry of democracy, tracing its origins from ancient Greece to the modern world, but also forge deep connections with fellow participants.

Over the course of two weeks, delve into a plethora of enriching activities set against the backdrop of some of the world's most iconic landmarks. Wander through the timeless majesty of the Acropolis of Athens, immerse yourself in the vibrant history of the Ancient Agora, and ponder the wisdom of the Oracle at the archaeological site of Delphi. Feel the spirit of athleticism at the Panathenaic Stadium, where the inaugural modern Olympic Games took place in 1896.

Beyond ancient marvels, gain insight into contemporary Greece through engaging visits to the Parliament and modern think-tanks. Experience firsthand the fusion of ancient and modern cultures that defines Greece today, and cultivate enduring bonds with fellow participants who share a passion for Hellenic heritage.

Eligibility Criteria:

·  Age: 18-26 years old

·  Academic Enrollment: Must be an undergraduate/graduate student with a GPA of 3.0+

·  Citizenship: US/Canadian citizens with an interest in humanities, classics, Greek culture

·  Preference: First-time visitors to Greece encouraged (not mandatory)

Ready to embark on this transformative journey? Visit CYA's online application portal to begin your adventure!

*Please note: Airfare expenses to/from Greece and any personal expenses are borne by participants.
