Dear Users,

The Philips scanner has the electrical issues with the chiller since yesterday morning so please cancel your studies if you booked for today and tomorrow. I will send out another email if we know when we could fix this issue.

We have the confirmation from Philips that the scanner is up to run but the chiller is still making bad noise. The noise issue should be resolved within couple days. FYI!

The NIC scanner may have same or another technical issue so I would suggest you to reschedule your studies booked for this weekend, this coming Mon and Tue.
