Updates at FIBRE

A few updates for you all:

1) We've got new space!  Attached are photos of both the new space across the hall from FIBRE and of the new space at the end of the hall.  In the first, we'll have a few workstations for people to be able to process data on (more on that to come), 2 testing rooms, and a small meeting area.  The second is a shared facility with 6 testing bays and a larger meeting area.

2) To help out with access to these, we'll be shifting to a per-user rather than per-lab keycard system.  This is in progress, and I'll post up here what to do to get cards later.

3) We're moving to a new scheduling system.  The old appointmentquest system worked for us, but limited our number of schedules and was a bit dated.  The new system gives us a lot more flexibility and is a lot more cost-effective at the same time.  Pat has dutifully copied over existing schedule items to the new system at https://ccni.bookedscheduler.com/ and we've started to setup accounts for people.  If you've booked at all this year, we'll send you out login info before the 1st when we make the final transition.
