Hello,

A number of us in the Yassa lab would like to use the heart monitor at FIBRE while participants are completing the functional scans. We are able to use the device and see a participant's pulse in real time on the MRI operator interface but could not find any files for where this data are being stored and how to access them. If there is anyone that could help us figure this out it would be greatly appreciated.

Best,
Robert

Physio data is in ‘C:\MedCom\log\Physio'. The files have long names, so sort them by time/date to find the ones for the current session.

Good luck
Emily

Hi Emily,

Thanks for your response! Robert was able to find some files from the date of our scan, but the time did not align with when we scanned that day-- so it is not clear if pulse data logs were outputted for our scan.

Do you need to check a box on the control computer interface to output the log files for each scan run? Importantly, are the log files time-locked to the beginning of each scan? We are hoping to collect pulse data for a resting state scan.

Thank you!
