Dear MR Users,
The Siemens service engineer was working on software upgrade today but the process was failed unexpectedly. The engineer has been working so hard tonight but still couldn't solve issues. I am sorry to let you know that the studies scheduled tomorrow will be canceled.
I will keep you posted for any progress. The Siemens should bring the system back on with 24 hours. FYI!
