Finding Equilibrium Level with wrf-python

Good afternoon:

I want to calculate NCAPE which is the CAPE between the Equilibrium Level (LNB) and the LFC in units of J/kg m.    I used the function wrf_cape_2d to find the CAPE and that function has LFC output.  This done over a 2D MERRA2 grid.  However, I am not sure see how to get the EL.  Is there a wrf-python function or a another wrf-python coding route to get EL?  EL with wrf-python does not come up in my searches.

met-py is where I started, was unsuccessful and what led me to trying to find EL through wrf-python.
