stage values in frxst file

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to fetch streamflow for few points from CHRT GRID2 files. Since streamflow in cms which can be converted to cfs but one extra piece of information that we get in frxst file i.e. stage. I tried exploring but yet I am clueless about retrieving this.
