generate the soil_properties.nc

Please, does anyone know how to generate the soil_properties.nc file for wrf-hydro execution because even when I comment it out there is always this error below that appears:

FATAL ERROR: In read_3d_soil():  Problem opening 3d soil file: './DOMAIN/soil_properties.nc'
FATAL ERROR: In read_3d_soil():  Problem opening 3d soil file: './DOMAIN/soil_properties.nc'

You can find this capability in a number of places. The primary place to find the original R script that creates the WRFINPUT file is on the WRF-Hydro Pre-processing page. You can also find these tools in both the ArcGIS and open-source WRF-Hydro GIS Pre-processors.
