Dear WRF-Hydro Users,
I have been attempting to run a calibration using PyWrfHydroCalib v5.1.2-Beta, but I have not been successful so far.
At this time, I am considering changing my WRF-Hydro version to one that is known to work reliably with PyWrfHydroCalib. Could you please advise which WRF-Hydro versions are compatible with which PyWrfHydroCalib versions (or tags), and what version pairing you would recommend for a stable calibration workflow?
Thank you very much for your guidance.

Best regards,
Negusu

Hi Negusu,

This version https://github.com/NCAR/PyWrfHydroCalib/releases/tag/v5.1.2-Beta: Version v5.1.2-Beta of the WRF-Hydro calibration tool. This version works with the WRF-Hydro v5.1.2 released code.

This tag https://github.com/NCAR/PyWrfHydroCalib/releases/tag/NWMv3.0 should work with the more recent version of the model v5.3.0.

The IWAA tag is relatively the same as the NWMv3.0 calibration tag.

Thanks!
Arezoo

Hi Arezoo,
Thank you for sharing these links.
I’ll try the new approach using the recommended tags, and I’ll let you know how it goes and what results I get.

Best regards,
Negusu
