Failed to restart the case

Dear All,

I failed to restart my model. Does anyone could give me some suggestions?

I set my model for the northeast region of US. The model could be started in a cold start way and can run smoothly for one year. Then I re-ran it with some modifications. Due to the power shortage, the model stopped. I set the restart file created every month. So I used the last restart file to restart the model. However, the model was stuck at:

By restarting the model, I changed the following three settings in the two namelist files:

Could anyone help me with it?
