problems in Streamflow Nudging

Hello everyone,

 I've run into another problem while working on Streamflow Nudging Data Assimilation, which is really frustrating. I can now generate the nudgingLastObs file, but the discharge and model_discharge variables in this NC file are both -9999, and the discharge_quality and nudge variables are both 0. The nudging process didn't succeed. I've checked the Route_Link.nc, nudgingParams.nc, nudgingTimeSliceObs, and nudgingLastObs files, and their stationIds are all consistent. I'm not sure where I went wrong. I'm looking forward to your help.
