Running Error

Dear All,
I am running WRF-Hydro V5 for a domain cover the Eastern Nile Basin. Unfortunately when going to a fine resolution for the routing grid (less than 2000m) I got the below error, I don't know why their is a difference between the number of channel elements and the NLINKS.

total number of channel elements 2236968
total number of NLINKS 2236994
Apparent error in network topology 2236968 2236994
ixrt = 3900 jxrt = 5000
The job is stopped due to the fatal error. READ_ROUTEDIM

Can any one help we with that error.

Hi,

I don;t know where is wrong. May be you can check the DEM first, and do a Fill (in Spatial Analyst Tools -> Hydrology -> Fill) if necessary.

Hi, I am facing the same problem. Did you manage to solve this problem?

I would be happy to take a look at both of your domains to see if I can diagnose the issue. I just need to take a look at the input domain files (geo_em, Fulldom_hires, RouteLink, LAKEPARM, etc.).
