Thank you in advance for your reply!

While I run the model, some outputs are zero. But they are expected to contribute to the calculations of others. 

  NEE         GPP       NPP          PSN           APAR  , those and others are totally zero. Why?

Hi Tewekel:

You might test this, but my understanding is those are only active if you are running Noah-MP with its dynamic vegetation model (DYNAMIC_VEG_OPTION = 2, 5, or 6). You can see Noah-MP namelist options here:
