to wrf-hydro_users

while running the simulation for a couple of months i get the outputs faster but after like 7 months+ simulation it drastically slows i do not know why

Does the slowdown coincide with increased precipitation and/or increased surface water ponding? This can slow down the hydro portions of the model, in my experience.
