I was installing the WRF-Hydro and it gave me the error below. How can I fix this?

cd mpich-4.0.2/
./configure --prefix=$DIR/MPICH --with-device=ch3 FFLAGS=-fallow-argument-mismatch FCFLAGS=-fallow-argument-mismatch

Thank you for the answer . I did again the configuration of mpich like you say but when I installed WRF-Hydro, I got the same error like in the beginning.

You'll need to rebuild all the libraries with the fallow argument mismatch flag.
