Dear all, I need to run the WRF-Chem version 4.4, with 3 nested domains from 2021-01-14 to 2021-01-31. I consider the two first week (14 days) as spin up, and the rest as the main results. In addition, I would like to use "restart" option. I read about how to use this option from below website:
but was not enough for me to follow. So how can I do this please? Would you please kindly advice me in this regard? Look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards,
Gabriele Pfister

Hi, I am not quite sure what exactly your question is. To enable the model to restart at a certain point in your simulation you only need to set: restart_interval - time interval in minutes to create restart (wrfrst*) files After the initial start (restart = .false.) you then set restart=.true. when you continue your run using a restart file and change start_date and start_time accordingly.
