Then scroll down to the table where you will see an entry for TUV photolysis. There is a link there to download the needed data.

I couldnt find the TUV.phot tar file which has the wrf_tuv_xsqy.nc file required for running wrfchem for MOZCART option 112 with phot_opt=4 as suggested in the forums, since phot_opt=3 is no longer supported. 

I only found this on the internet https://www2.acom.ucar.edu/modeling/tuv-download

and I downloaded all of them to see if they have the wrf_tuv_xsqy.nc file, I couldnt, kindly guide me on this
