PM2.5 severely underestimates with observations

I want to study the source apportionment of PM2.5. I am currently using EDGAR for Anthro emissions, MEGAN for bio and FINN for fire. I am using MOZCART-MOSAIC (8bins) for IC/BC (for the purpose I am using mozbc) using CESM data . Results are severely underestimated with ground observations. I am attaching files. Your support is required please.

Furthermore, I have checked for improving meteorology with physics parameters, but PM2.5 underestimates. Also checked for reinitializing meteorology but not achieved.
