WRF-Chem model stopping without any error message.

Hi, 

I am trying to run a real test case. I could successfully generate the real.exe output and updated the biogenic emission as well as chemistry from mozart files using mozbc.
But while I am trying to run the WRF-Chem model, it stops after a few time, even after generating a wrfout_ file for the 1st time step. At the end of the rsl.error file, there is this message:

Any possible solution for the same?

Hi Manas,
My suggestion is to search for cfl errors which will show up in different rsl files. So type:
grep cfl rsl*

If cfl errors exist the easiest thing to do is reduce the WRF time_step.

Thankyou for your suggestion. 
I have tried checking for cfl errors. I have also changed the time steps with different values, but the problem persists.  
I have a 20km outer domain and 4km inner domain. I have tried time steps of 20, 30, 40 , 45, 50, 60.

Hi Manas,

Here are some other suggestions: 

(1) Please try to run just the outer domain first and see if it works. 
(2) I also suggest looking at the end of each rsl.* files to see if you have a more informative message in them.
(3) Make sure you are not using too many processors and following the guidance from WRF developers.

I tried running with 1 domain and 16 processors (was using 64/144 previously). The model stops right here. Some steps after the previous error.
