How to get AOD, TCO,TCNOx as a variable in wrfout file

Can anybody guide me to get the tropospheric columns as a variable in wrfout file

Hello Deepak

there is no output for the tropospheric column and you will have to calculate column amounts from the model altitude, temperature and concentrations. For AOD you can use EXTCOEFF55 to calculate it. You can directly output information on the model tropopause (tropo_p, tropo_z or tropo_lev). 
It might be helpful to look at the ./Registry to see what output is available.
