Nested run for WRF-Chem

Hi all,

I am trying to make a 2-way nested run for WRF-Chem. I was successful in creating the met_em* files from WPS and then executing the real.exe without chemistry for the nested domains. 

I am using anthro_emiss, FINN, Megan preprocessor tools for generating the emission database and mozbc for the IC/BC. For the nested domain, I am not able to get proper references/help to generate the emission files now for both the domains. Could you please guide me for this or share relevant references related to the namelist changes and for proceeding for a nested run for chemistry. 

Any guidance or help would be highly appreciable.

Jaya, 

for nested domains and to create emissions for the inner domain you simply set domains=2 in the input file. The README files that come with the different tools provide information on the various settings.
