WACCM Download Error

I have been trying to download the WACCM data from last 2 days but not getting the download link after I receive my  download request email.

Hi Nishant,

Thanks for reaching out.  We are looking into the issue.  We did a server reboot recently that likely affected the website.  I will let you know once we have it back up again.

Go ahead and download the WACCM data again.  Things should now be back to normal.

A month ago I had the same problem, I contacted WACCM and they told me that it was the cookies and cache of my browser. I proceeded to delete them and was again able to download the data from WACCM.

It worked for me, I hope that helps his case.

Yeah occasionally I think that happens.  This one was on our end this time since I was able to replicate the issue.  One of our scripts didn't properly restart after our server reboot.

There were problems accessing the data:
Request timed out.
Final status = Queued for Processing
Download request ID is 815886.

Downloads have been enabled again, I have been able to download a couple of files from the portal (WACCM Download Subset) without any problem
