I am not familiar with the "grid_finn_fire_emis_v2020" tool and cannot help you with this. We only can offer help with the developments and tools provided by us (https://www2.acom.ucar.edu/wrf-chem). 

However, I am confused by your question since you should have fire emissions already when you created the wrffirechemi* files?

Yes ，i got the fire emission file, i'm trying to use wrffirechemi* to calculate the bb emission.
