Error with fire_emis for FINNv2.5

Hi,

I am trying to run fire_emis to convert FINNv2.5 .txt files to netcdf files in the specific format for GEOS-Chem. When I try to run the code with this input file and this data file, I get the following error message: "fire_emis: failed to read namelist; error =           19."

When I sent this code to my colleague at another university, she was able to run the program without any problems so I'm unclear on why the code is not running on the super computing cluster that I'm working on.

Is this an issue with my input and data file or is there something wrong with the fire_emis utility that I compiled? When I compile fire_emis, it works okay but I get this warning message: "ld: warning: libhdf5_hl.so.200, needed by /usr/local/netcdf/4.7.4//lib/libnetcdff.so, may conflict with libhdf5_hl.so.100."
