Fire emissions missing?

Hi,

I am trying to use the fire_emiss utility. I have downloaded the utility and emission files from http://bai.acom.ucar.edu/Data/fire/. The readme.WRF.fire mentions the presence of emission file in the downloads. However on extraction I get only four files grass_from_img.nc, shrub_from_img.nc, tempfor_from_img.nc and tropfor_from_img.nc which I think are the vegetation files and no emissions files such as FINNv1_2008_MOZ4_20110501.txt as mentioned in the README. Am I missing something? Kindly help me out.
