megan gets stuck

I am trying to run megan but it gets stuck without any error. I have attached the file. Kindly check it.

Sanjukta,

I assume that the wrfbiochemi_d01 file was successfully created. The megan_bio_emiss

utility is essentially done and cleaning up allocated variables when it is hanging. Please

mail me the bio_emiss.f90 file you are using.

Apology for the late reply. Kindly find the bio_emiss.f90 file I am using. Can you look into it and find out what is the problem?

Earlier also I have run Megan, but it never got stuck.

Sanjukta,

There is no obvious reason for your bio emiss job to hang. As stated earlier the job

does seem to have successfully output the wrfbio* files. I believe that your job is

hanging during the "cleanup" phase when allocated variables are being deallocated.

It would take in depth debugging on your target hardware to diagnose the problem.
