Please be sure to use the wrf-chem help email lists for your questions.

Regarding your question, auxinput6_interval_h should be set to longer than the length of your simulation. Once it is run with real.exe, then the appropriate information is in the wrfinput file and wrf.exe uses the MEGAN information located there.

Hello Stacy, nice to meet you. I hope that you are very fine and with good health.

I have a question about MEGAN 2 to run in WRF-Chem. I was wondering about auxinput6_interval_h = 24 if it works depending on the period that I want to run. Is this correct? My period is from September 4 to 12, 2018 for São Paulo (Brazil). I was found a tutorial about this time_control code:

When I used auxinput6_interval_h = 24, the model ran correctly only for the first day, but for the second day the model failed:

For now, I’m running without auxinput6_interval_h = 24, because other colleagues did not use it before. Could you explain us about this code and how must we use it?
