megan_xform and surfdata_xform

I have created two more utilities namely 'megan_xform' and 'surfdata_xform' but I am not quite sure when and how to use them.

Can you please help me out with this? or any link which can give details?

Sahir,

you do not need these utilities if you have downloaded the netcdf input files for bio_emiss. As Stacy mentioned, the error you run into is caused because the tool cannot find the input files it needs. Please check that they indeed exist.

The README does include more information.
