(EPA_)anthro_emis: failed to read namelist; error = 5010

Hi,
I'm trying to generate wrf--chem-ready emissions from SMOKE (output) emissions (both gridded/sector and inline/stack) using the NEW EPA_anthro_emiss but I'm getting the following error when executing the anthro_emiss:
anthro_emis: failed to read namelist; error =         5010

any idea why I'm getting this error?

Here is the namelist settings (please note I just used the same emis_map as in the README of anthro_emis):

Dear Elham

it seems you are using your own emission inventory rather than one that is provided by us.  Since we do not have access to this inventory we unfortunately cannot help you. In theory the tool should work with any SMOKE CMAQ ready output as long as you make the necessary adjustments to the namelist.
