MEGAN in WRF-Chem v3.7.1 and v3.9

Hello,

I found there are some changes in module_bioemi_megan2.F for WRF-Chem v3.9 (also v4+) compared to the older 3.7.1 for the CASE (CB05_SORG_VBS_AQ_KPP). I am wondering what are these changes for? How the isoprene emission from MEGAN is added to the final isoprenre concentration in the newer version?

Great question. This Google group is primarily for the MEGAN pre-processor that we maintain at NSF NCAR/ACOM and questions related to the MOZART chemical mechanism suite. Since you are asking about CB05, I do not know the answer. I added a couple of colleagues who might have the answer or can give a suggestion of where to learn more.
