How to include MEGAN emission (wrfbiochemi_d0* file) in a SMOKE-CMAQ model

Hello everyone,

I have created wrfbiochemi_d0* file using "megan_bio_emiss". Now I want to include biogenic emissions in my CMAQ model. I have run SMOKE model for my domain and have the anthropogenic emissions ready for my model. I was wondering how I can include the biogenic emissions that I have just created in my model?

I would highly appreciate your helps.

our tools are for use with WRF-Chem and not for CMAQ. Please reach out to the CMAS help Desk if you need help with CMAQ:
