Generate emission files using CEDS anthropogenic emissions

Hi,

I am interested in using anthropogenic emissions from the Community Emissions Data System (CEDS) for WRF-Chem simulations. The CEDS emission inventory files are available at Zenodo (https://zenodo.org/records/3754964).

Can anyone please advise on the recommended workflow or available tools to process CEDS data and generate anthropogenic emission files compatible with WRF-Chem?
